Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we may experience delays in delivery; hence, we encourage clients to contact us immediately if their orders have not arrived within a day of the projected delivery date.
Please review our refund policy to know if your purchase qualifies for a refund.
A full refund can be issued to you under the following conditions:
The order has not been shipped; or
You chose Click and Collect
If you're having difficulty signing into your account, you may have entered your email address and/or password incorrectly. If you have checked this and you still can't log in, please use the forgotten password link to regain access to your account.
To change your password, you can either use the forgotten password link or sign into My Account and go to Account Information.
If you have not received the reset password email, please check your spam/junk folder as these can sometimes be missorted in the incorrect inbox. If you have not received your password within 1 hour, please contact Customer Service for help setting up a new one.

A billing address is the address linked to a specific form of payment, which is typically a credit, debit card or PayPal. Companies use the billing address to verify the authorised use of such a card.  Billing addresses must match what the card-issuing bank has on file, or the attempted purchase may not go through.

The billing address is different than the shipping address, which is the address where packages get delivered to.
For any orders already placed, you would need to call 204-691-5981 or email admin@felicheetaartistry.com with your request and a copy of a government-issued ID with the new address within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been shipped by the time your request has been received then adjustments can be made.
