HOW TO USE
With a stiff flat brush, swirl it in the eyeshadow and brush it across your eyelid. Next, use a soft or stiff dome brush, swirl it in the eyeshadow and brush it in the crease between your eyelid and your brow bone. Finally, use a soft pencil brush, swirl it in the eye shadow and brush it as close as possible to your eyelash line.
